Guests must go to the room B901 on the 9th floor to check in. Please note that the lift stops only on the ground, 4th, 7th and 10th floors. In order to go to B901, get off the lift on the 10th floor and go down the stairs.

The property is not regularly staffed.

To use the property's free pick-up service from Yaenosato Station on the Kintetsu Line, please call the property upon arrival at the station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

A deposit via Paypal is required to secure your reservation. Guests must make the payment via Paypal within 72 hours within after the booking has been made. The property will contact the guests after booking on instructions about payment. Please inform Hostel Dolphin House Osaka in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

攝影玩家們引領期盼的年度攝影盛事-「2016 Canon攝影馬拉松」，即日起開始線上報名。今年活動以「樂活新主張，城市拍拍go!」為活動主題，將於10月1日（周六）在台北、高雄兩地盛大舉行。

「Canon攝影馬拉松」已成為亞洲各地大規模指標性的實體攝影比賽，獨特有趣又考驗創意及耐力的比賽規則，受到攝影玩家們的喜愛，今年在台灣已連續第8年舉辦，比賽獎項豐富，總價值超過百萬元以上，並且今年故事組金獎得主，將可參加明年亞洲冠軍得主交流會-「2017 Canon Photo Clinic攝影交流團」，出國參加獨家攝影旅遊菁英會，並與亞洲各地冠軍得主交流，開拓攝影視野！活動即日起開放線上報名，至8月18日（周四）下午2時截止，想參加的攝影好手們快呼朋引伴搶先報名，絕對不要錯過一年一度超精彩的攝影挑戰賽！

由於每年活動都吸引超過數千位民眾報名，Canon為維持活動品質及公平性，參與人數除有名額限定，且報名後須經由抽籤才能獲得參賽資格。同時，為鼓勵每年熱心參與報名卻未被抽中的鐵粉，今年持續提供100個外卡名額（台北80名、高雄20名），只要是從2014-2016年連續3年報名但都未被抽中者，將有機會以外卡資格參加賽事。活動官網：www.canon.com.tw/photomarathon/。
